Do I have to pay tax on my railroad sick pay?

If you receive sick pay under the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act, these payments are taxable and you must include them in taxable income on your tax return. However, you do not have to include railroad sick pay in income on your tax return to the extent it is for an on-the-job injury.
