Do I have to pay tax on historic preservation grants?
|
| No, you don't have to
pay tax to the IRS on historic preservation grants. If you received a
historic preservation grant on or after December 12, 1980 under the National
Historic Preservation Act to preserve a historically significant property do not include
it on your tax return. |
