The Tax Directory works just like a book.
The Tax Directory has a Table of Contents, Glossary, and
Index. There are three ways that you can locate tax information in the Tax Directory:
by using the Table of Contents, which is the left border of nearly all pages in
the Tax Directory, you can locate the tax information you want based on the
tax topic;
by using the Master Index
of Tax Topics you can locate the tax information you want alphabetically in the
Master Index of Tax Topics. You can go to the Master Index of Tax Topics
by clicking on the link in the left border;
by searching the entire Tax Directory based upon a keyword or phrase. You can begin a
search from the top of the Master Index of Tax Topics page. Indexing and search services are provided by the
What-U-Seek search engine.
Whenever you see the Adobe Acrobat Reader flag
in the Tax Directory it means that link leads to a Portable Document File (.pdf). You must have
Acrobat Reader installed to view the document. You can obtain a free copy of
Acrobat Reader by clicking on the link in the lower left hand corner of any
page of the Tax Directory.
Using the Tax
Directory is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
